2. Lip Balm - $8 - $8.50

Lip balm that nourishes chapped lips that is all natural, is in a compostable tube, AND gives back to help baby sea turtles. Need I say more? No, but I’m going to… these lip balms are AHMAZING. I took mine to the beach and it didn’t melt through the tube. *I don’t recommend this, but if it happens just know I have done it too.* They leave my lips feeling soft and I don’t have to reapply every 2 hours. Oh and they smell delicious.

A classic gift with a mermaid twist. These are candles made from soy wax in an poured in an aluminum tin. Every scent reminds me of the ocean, summer, and vacations. These are a great gift for the person who always wants it to be summer. *ahem, cautiously raises hand.* Plus, the tins can be reused in so many ways once the candle is burned.

6. Konjac Sponge - $10

These are a face wash game changer. Trust me. They are made from konjac roots, so they are rough when they are dry, but they get super soft when you soak them in water. They are a great soft exfoliant for your face and perfect for sensitive skin. Each color is infused with a different element that adds extra nourishment to your skin AND each sponge gives back to a good cause.

A practical gift that gives back. It’s a win win! I always had a toothbrush in my stocking growing up. These toothbrushes are made out of bamboo and 5% gives back to a good cause. When you’re done with the toothbrush, break the head off (the bristles are nylon so they need to go in the trash) and compost the rest. Adult toothbrushes are $8 and kids toothbrushes are $7.

9. Kitchen Loofah $3 - $7

These dish scrubbers are a super cute edition to any kitchen. Perfect for the practical person in your life, a young adult just getting settled in their first apartment or anyone in between. They are made from the loofah plant and dyed with vegetable dyes. They won’t scratch your pans and are compostable when they are used up. From personal experience, these last as long as any other sponge I’ve bought from the store, but I’m a single person, so your mileage may vary.
