Shipping & Returns
We ship orders via US Postal Service Priority Mail using the least amount of packaging material possible.
We try to select manufacturers that wrap products in recyclable materials or opt package-free.
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days from receipt of payment.
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way.
Shipping is based on the weight of the products you order.
US orders over $100 – Free Shipping
International shipping quotes do not include any duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied by your country's government.
Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
If we find it inadvisable to ship to you, due to your country’s shipping regulations, we will be sure to notify you immediately and refund your order.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Cosmetics and personal hygiene products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
We can only cover return shipping fees for damaged or incorrect items.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Wandering Turtle Shop is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.
If the postal service tracking shows that a package has been delivered, we are not liable for your package.
